The company can assure consistent and stable rollers by using specially manufactured noble welding alloys and easily machinable ductile and tough core materials that give off maximum contact between the tire and the hub. Its own unique hardface-welding technique extends the service life of its products 1.5 times longer than that of conventional High-Cr cast/forged products. These rollers and liners are used in pulverizing limestone, clinker, slag, coal, manganese ore, calcium carbide, cokes, and so much more. Repairs can be made once or twice for cement mill rollers and up to 6 times for power plant rollers.
