Build-Up & Blockage Clearing System
The Cardox System consists of a high-strength, reusable steel tube filled with liquid CO2, a chemical heater, and a rupture disc. It can dislodge over 3 tons of blockage in a single blast, all within milliseconds, and restore plant production to optimum levels. Fully approved by the UK Health & Safety Executive, it can be used in ALL areas of the processing lines at operating temperatures.
Cardox Tubes are continually refillable and reusable for over 15 years. The system is ideal for cement manufacturing silos, bins, hoppers, most storage vessels. It can practically pay for itself after just a single application, without running or maintenance costs.
